DKX M3 (MAX III) Series armor are NIJ 0101.06 level III certified stand-alone ballistic plates. The DKX M3 Series also stops special non-armor piercing threats such as the Winchester Ranger and 7.62x39 MSC as well. Positively buoyant, the M3 plates provide users in waterborne or maritime environments added support and floatation needed during all search and rescue operations, while a rigid polycarbonate backing gives superior blunt force trauma protection. Multi-hit, zero spall and less than 2.9 pounds per plate (10 x 12), the DKX M3 (MAX III) is the greatest life saving device in production today. Each DKX M3 Series plate comes equipped with Radio Frequency Embedded Verification (RFEV) tracking for inventory management along with an industry first 7 year warranty. Available in 11” X 14” and 8” X 10” sizes and shapes that include Full, Shooter, Swimmer, Enhanced Swimmer, and all common side armor sizes.
